Unsupported legacy citation revision

Legacy citation writes have no equivalent collection revision precondition. Returns operation_not_supported before any write. Use Atomic content Replace with If-Match.

Read the current Atomic Memory mapped from a legacy target POST

A legacy logical target maps deterministically to current Atomic Memory with current state. Merged targets are returned without automatically following their result. Exact historical citations are unsupported; read exact Atomic revisions through the Artifact revision endpoint.

Unsupported legacy citation retirement POST

Legacy citation writes return operation_not_supported before any write. Use Atomic lifecycle with revision and state_version.
