Create an asynchronous Artifact Dream POST

Matching idempotency keys return the original run before new-work admission. Active runs return 202; terminal runs return 200. A run creates at most one pending Candidate.

Propose Experience content POST

Persist a pending Experience Candidate without creating an Artifact Revision. Submit an inspected PowerContext Experience proposal with exact provenance for requested human review. Submission creates a candidate; it does not approve, publish, or execute the Experience. Preserve evidence references and report the returned candidate state.
