/v1/scopes/{scope_id}/code/query

Read a bounded native Git code index for the authorized Scope. Use symbols or explore before relation or read operations, then pass the returned fingerprint. Results are static evidence with explicit limitations. Queries never build indexes, execute repository code, or persist history. code_changed requires local sync before retry.

Prepare bounded context for an Agent turn POST

Prepare final, ephemeral context from Runtime-owned sources without persisting or injecting it. Retrieve bounded, query-specific PowerContext when additional assembled context is needed. Automatic recall already attempts this on supported lifecycle events; do not repeat it routinely or to satisfy an explicit save. A returned context value is not proof of host injection. Empty context is normal; use only the evidence actually returned.
